Overview
Axim is seeking an experienced technology services sales professional to expand our reach into the large enterprise space. This person will be responsible for prospecting, creating a funnel, and closing deals in within our three core areas of focus – Enterprise Consulting, Enterprise Analytics, and Staffing Services. The position is US-based and remote-based.

Responsibilities

  • Closing $3m in sales per year, or an average of $750k per quarter.
  • Prospects for opportunities with new customers for Axim’s three core lines of business.
  • Analyzes customer/competition situations, customer’s business issues and interests, and generate a strategy that will achieve business objectives
  • Develops a Business Plan for area of responsibility that is consistent with short-range and long-range company objectives
  • Ensures strong, effective market share of Axim products and services by providing direction and information on the products and related services.
  • Develops and maintains technical competency in all Axim offers including Enterprise Consulting, Enterprise Analytics, and Operational Staffing
  • Makes telephone calls and presentations to customers and potential customers, consistently adding new prospects and clients
  • Keeps well informed on industry changes, participates where possible in organizations directly involved with our prime markets, and continually works to improve sales techniques and sales knowledge
  • Keeps advised on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with Supervisor when and if questions arise, and is always prepared to accurately discuss these policies to our customers
  • Maintains accurate sales forecasting and active reporting in accordance with company needs, including keeping Axim’s CRM tool current for contacts, activity, quoting and solution build

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Experience with:
    • Enterprise Communications and Contact Center Solutions (traditional premises-based and cloud)
    • SaaS, particularly in the contact center reporting space
    • Staffing, particularly pertaining to Center of Excellence & nearshore models
  • 3-5 years of proven success selling professional services, SaaS, and/or managed services in a quota-bearing role.
  • Demonstrable record of success selling complex services to Large (10k+ employees) organizations.
  • Motivated Self-starter who works well in a virtual environment, and with little direct oversight
  • Knowledge of SaaS, cloud, premise and hybrid solution models
  • 5+ years of direct selling experience
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent in experience
  • Ability to call on and work directly with C-level executives in large organizations
  • Strong presentation, verbal and communication skills
  • Knowledge and track record of new business development & territory planning
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Previous experience working in the technology industry is required
